The lessons I have learned and the adversities I have overcome have made me a humble, intuitive, no nonsense bad-ass! I love how comfortable in my skin and confident I feel at 40. You realize your self worth comes from within and should not be changed by ANYONE'S opinion of you!. Forty and over is a time of coming into your own, loving yourself and preparing for an amazing second half!
How do you stay fabulous?My biggest key to staying fabulously forty is my diet! I am a strict vegetarian and this has helped me in so many ways both mentally and physically. I juice fast 4 times a year to reset my gut and shed unwanted pounds. I also exercise and love to be active outdoors on some wheels! My roller skates or bike! I am very aware and selective of what I put in my body, mind and soul!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest in my children's future! As a survivor of domestic violence I had a HUGE financial setback in my 30s which I am still recovering from. I would invest 10,000 into each of my kids Brokerage funds to be used for college and their future endeavors! Their fathers provide ZERO child support or financial assistance and it's been tough! The remaining would be to pour into my Wellness business which supports health and beauty of women! I would start an ongoing free service for survivors.
