How do you stay fabulous?Self care with body, mind and soul. Stay active with my children to stay confident in their life goals and dreams. I also help others to creatively change their mindset and inspire them which helps them overcome obstacles in a stable mind frame. I wake up with confidence each and everyday to take time out to beautify myself in a routine skincare routine to keep youthful looking skin to empower my beauty at the age of 45.
