As a business owner and entrepreneur for many years, my favorite thing about being a woman over 40 is the confidence and wisdom that comes with experience. I’ve learned to trust my instincts, embrace challenges, and balance my personal and professional life with a clarity I didn’t have in my younger years. It’s empowering to know that age only strengthens my abilities as a leader and allows me to mentor and inspire others along the way.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by embracing self-care and prioritizing my well-being—both physically and mentally. I make time for fitness, nourishing my body with healthy food, and staying curious by continually learning and growing in my business. Surrounding myself with positive, like-minded people and practicing gratitude helps me keep a vibrant outlook on life. Most importantly, I own my confidence and never stop celebrating the woman I’ve become! This takes work but it’s possible!
