Being over 40 is invigorating! I have admittingly grown into my own skin. I am confidently comfortable with who I truly am and my rate of growth. I have learned from life experiences and that has shaped me into a more kind, patient and understanding human. I learned that risks are worth it! Taking a leap of Faith seems less dangerous at my age. I have come to realize there are great rewards in risks. Maturity has taught me my body is a Temple , what I deposit into it is the true key to happiness
How do you stay fabulous?I take the time to reset, refocus and redirect. Life is busy. I'm busy in Sales, I maintain a busy second career in Dentistry ,and I'm a single Mom to a teenage daughter. I carve out time to work out daily and prioritize refocusing and redirecting what is important for that day. Not everything can get done in one day and THAT IS OK! One day and one task at a time. Reading Life Coach books helps too. The only competition I'm in is within myself. Set goals and celebrate personal achievements .
What would you do with the $40,000?As a hard worker all of my life it’s difficult to fathom having 40,0000 at my disposal. I can sincerely say I would cherish it. I would secure a future in my daughter’s education to see she would have a bright start. What is left of the money I would set aside and invest in my own future by paying off some debt and investing a little. Lastly, Id celebrate with my favorite people with a good bottle of Red at my favorite Italian restaurant!
