I continuously work on redefining aging. I dedicate time and effort to health, dance and fitness. I’m a mom first, and lead by example.

I love the internal growth and the dedication I have in making sure that I live a very balanced full life. I prioritize my mental well being without taking myself too serious. I love that I’m in a place where I can celebrate others and their success without comparing or competing. I parent with intention never taking it for granted. 40 feels self reflective and liberating.
How do you stay fabulous?I’m in the gym 4/5 days a week. I keep a food log to ensure almost everything I eat is nourishment. I schedule dates with my husband to maintain our connection. I spend a lot of my time with my kids. I love fashion and explore trends. I never dress with age in mind. I’m compelled to learn more and experience more. I’m coachable. I strive to be my best self daily.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d donate some of the money to an Autism organization because my youngest is on the spectrum, with a huge storm in FL coming I would also donate to relief organizations.The rest I would use to start to finance my own brand. Extremely interested in athletic wear. I’d love to leave my kids my legacy through my business/brand.
