Connect What do you love about being over 40?

I love my wisdom being over 40. My thought process on life & what life really means. As I am getting older & my children are growing up, all I can think about is making memories w/ them as much as possible, but to keep giving them the love & quality time that my husband and I never had with our parents. Such as school events, back to school nights, playdates, school activities, etc. Our parents were never around, I was raised in a foster home since 3 & just want to be my best for them.

How do you stay fabulous?

Haha! That is a good question, I haven't done much self care, but I try to work out 3/4 times a week. As I am a non-stop mom, I like to get my eyelashes done, since I don't have much time to get ready. And I also love having my manicure and pedicure done. I feel fabulous when my home is clean, kids are happy and thriving well in school, spending quality with them as much as possible and doing the things that really matter, such as family time.

What would you do with the $40,000?

I would pay off some of my student debt from Nursing school and continue to further my degree to get my masters in nursing and or Nurse Practioner. I would also set aside some money for my children's saving account for their education. If there were any funds left over, I would take my family on a little get away to Hawaii, my husband who works extremely hard and my three little ones who are 6,5,2 years old.
