I love the freedom that comes with being comfortable in my own skin. I am so thankful to have made it to 40. My sister didn’t have a chance to make it this far and I’m thankful for everyday that goes by.
How do you stay fabulous?I weight train on the weekends. I drinks lots and lots of water, load up on protein and veggies, and avoid sugar (although I do indulge). I am aware of my mental and emotional health and so things like spend time in the sun and deep breath to keep myself balanced.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take my family on a beautiful vacation. Somewhere that is scenic and hold a lot of history. I would also put a down payment on a much needed new car!
