I am 44, and I feel like I am in my give back era. I really enjoy helping others, it not only helps them but makes you a better person also.

How do you stay fabulous?I believe exercise plays a huge role. I go to the gym regularly and try to walk a lot. It helps mentally and physically. It also helps with keeping a positive mindframe.
What would you do with the $40,000?I have become a single parent, and i would use the money to put towards a down payment for a home, for a new start.
