What I love about being 40 is the freedom to fully embrace who I am. I’ve gained wisdom through experience, confidence through self-awareness, and joy from finding balance in life. At 40, I feel more empowered than ever—blending my passion for health, holistic healing, and entrepreneurship while living authentically. It’s a time where I celebrate growth and resilience, not just in my career, but in my ability to help others thrive. 40 is fabulous, and so am I!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous over 40 by prioritizing self-care, both physically and mentally. I embrace fitness, healthy nutrition, and mindfulness to keep my body and mind strong. As a holistic healer, I balance science with soul, practicing what I preach by nurturing emotional well-being and staying connected with my purpose. Surrounding myself with positive energy and continuously learning fuels my growth, allowing me to radiate confidence and live life to the fullest every day!
What would you do with the $40,000?If I win the $40,000, I will invest in expanding my holistic health practice to reach more people in need of guidance on their wellness journeys. I plan to create accessible virtual health programs that blend science and soul, providing personalized care for stress, anxiety, and overall well-being. Additionally, I will donate a portion to support mental health organizations, furthering my mission to help others heal and thrive, no matter their circumstances.
