How do you stay fabulous?By prioritizing myself. I schedule an hour of “me” time a day. It might be a workout, or reading a book, or connecting with friends or family I miss. I ask my body and mind what it needs and I nourish it.
What would you do with the $40,000?Invest it back into my business SPRY Senior Fitness and continuing education to give back to St. Augustine’s Golden Age Community!
