I am a teacher of 30+ years! I also teach fitness classes 4 days a week and I am an avid runner.

I love that I am no longer worried about fitting in to what others expect and that I can be who I am - worry free. I love that I can speak my mind and not worry about others not liking or agreeing. I am independent and proud to be a strong women over 40!
How do you stay fabulous?I run 4 days a week, teach fitness classes at a local gym 4 days a week, I try to eat healthy but enjoy my food, I am always young at heart and know that age is just a number and that I keep my mind always young at heart!! Finally, I simply try to enjoy life to the fullest and enjoy being around my kids (age 22 and 24).
What would you do with the $40,000?I would help my kids pay off their college loans and then pay off a few small bills and finally take my mom on a trip!
