With age comes wisdom and experience. I love empowering youth and giving them the confidence to dream big. I still love learning about other cultures, second language, and musical instruments.
How do you stay fabulous?Building in regular workouts into my routine and keeping active. Eating healthy whole foods and getting outside. But most importantly, it’s the simple things that make me smile and keep me happy. Sunny fall days, hugs from 88-year old father, snuggles with my dog and 2 cats and my husband’s corny jokes.
What would you do with the $40,000?The 40,000 will go to helping me build on my non-profit musical theatre program for youth. I am passionately committed to nurturing the talents of our youth, breaking economic barriers and providing a platform for artistic expression and personal development. Nobody should feel excluded. The money will support this dream of creating a truly transformative experience for young performers of every stripe, colour, and ability, so they too can feel fabulous when they’re over 40.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
