I am a mother to 21 year old triplets. I was on bedrest for 4 1/2 months-gained 90 pounds and became a personal trainer to inspire women.

I love that I am all natural - no surgeries- just hard work teaching group fitness & training clients to be the best version of themselves. I absolutely love teaching everyone to love their body. It’s all about a positive mindset. My mantra is “What doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you” as well as “When you feel like quitting..think about why you started” & finally “Make your body your machine” - I have lived by this & am so passionate through my personal experience.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by giving my inspiration & education to others by my love of fitness, my personal experience & my integrity & honesty to inspire others. If I can make an impact through 1 person.. it’s a trickle affect for them to spread their passion & love to make a positive change in others’ lives. I love spending quality time with my family, friends & my rescue dog. Music is also a passion of mine - mixing music that uplifts others as I teach group fitness also & love to share.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would so love to be the recipient of $40,000. Animal rescue is a passion of mine as I truly believe that a true character is measured on how you treat animals. I would love to help my children who I brought into this world- to financially help them . I lost my job over Covid right when they graduated from High School & my husband & I couldn’t afford college x 3. It brought me to tears. My children are amazing and I’d love to give them the tools to be successful by providing for them.
