I have never given in to the status quo for women over 40; 70, in my case and do the best I can to be active, healthy, and live my dreams!

I’m so grateful that I've survived some of life's many challenges and have had the strength and fortitude to keep going! I have learned by my many mistakes, and do my best to make right choices as I get older. I also love knowing that being older is not a "death sentence" and would love being an inspiration to other women…. especially with my music!
How do you stay fabulous?"Attitude, gratitude, a healthy diet, and an active lifestyle keep me grounded and thriving. I also stay focused on nurturing my skin and body care—self-love is key! But perhaps the most important ingredient is acceptance—embracing who I am, where I’ve been, and where I’m going. And of course, I always encourage others to keep chasing their dreams, no matter the hurdles. We all have something incredible to offer!
What would you do with the $40,000?I have many “personal” wants and needs; for instance I have never had the ability or means to travel; but I would also love to find a way help others live their best life. I also want to make sure that my children -7 of them! - and grandkids know who their mom/grandma is and teach them to follow - and achieve their dreams as well.
