I recently went through a bad breakup and decided to make myself a priority. I lost almost 70 lbs, started hitting the gym and I feel great!

Being over 40 brings a certain level of wisdom and level of self love. I’ve been through my teen years, my 20’s, 30’s and now I feel like I know who I am as a woman, mother and friend and I have a new found admiration for how far I’ve came. 41 has brought on a new level of confidence and self love.
How do you stay fabulous?Self care! I have spent most of my adult years putting everyone before myself and I’m now embracing that it is ok to take care of myself too. I’m a better version of myself when I’ve taken care of me. A good friend told me to write down 10 things I can do alone that bring me joy and then do as many of them for myself as I can each week. That was a game changer! I started out maybe doing 1 or 2 and now I find myself adding to my list and doing them each week. I’m the happiest I’ve ever been!
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d love to take my children on a family vacation. We’ve had a rough year and I’ve been promising them a trip to the ocean. I’d also pay off some debt to be able to purchase our forever home. I have always dreamed of owning my own home, but financially I’m not there yet, but soon I hope!
