What a love about Being over 40, is how resilient and strong that I have become as a single parent and being able to run my business successfully on my own for the past 28 years. I love being able to spend time with my kids on vacations, watching myself do things that I never thought I could do before such as being a single mom.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to eat right, exercise and keep close to the ones around me that build me up, are positive and support me. I buy myself fresh flowers every day just because it makes me feel good about myself.
What would you do with the $40,000?These past years have been challenging and difficult. My parents were killed in a car accident 10 years ago, which has been hard, all while going through a divorce. I have been a single mom since 2010, Raising my kids all on my own into their adulthood. There are so many things in my home that need to be repaired such as my roof, replacing doors throughout my house etcI have not been able to afford to do so. I am also putting my daughter through university, which has been difficult financially.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
