At the age of 49 my oh my have I learned so much! Settings boundaries was probably one of the most important! I love having all this knowledge, but as a single Mom I can hopefully pass this own to my daughter who is my travel partner! The things I worried about before have changed a lot. I am an autoimmune warrior after being my late Fathers caregiver for four years, and still help my beautiful mother. I really try to do more self care now. We have to start with ourselves and not feel guilt!
How do you stay fabulous?I eat healthy, I do cardio and some light lifting as with my fibromyalgia and costochondritis I need to work out but can’t do everything I’d like to, but walking is so powerful! For everything! I pray, meditate and again try more self care time! Also, forgive and move on! That includes forgiving myself too!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would put some of it back into a loan as I like to be debt free, donate some (I feel we should do that as much as possible), and maybe start that new business venture I’ve been wanting to do again! A trip with my daughter to Europe is a dream also!
