At this stage of my life, I've learned to focus on enjoying each day, experiencing more gratitude and being more present. Living in this fast-paced world and as a business owner, it is essential to slow down not only for my family, but for myself. As a result, I am much more attuned to others' needs and my own which allows me to create a life that is purposeful and joyful. I no longer put so much value on others' opinions. I love that I can pivot and carve my own path with confidence!
How do you stay fabulous?As they say, "it takes a village!" I am lucky to have fantastic family and friends to support me. We all can't do it alone! I've always been told I am a positive person--I attribute my faith, outlook on life, and personal drive as key to making life the best it can be. Setting and meeting goals makes me not only feel accomplished, but feel young(er) and keeps me on my toes. It really boils down to setting a good example for my two daughters -what better way to feel "fabulous!"
What would you do with the $40,000?My oldest daughter is an out-of-state college freshman, so I would definitely save a large portion of this to go towards her college education. I would invest some of the money for retirement and I will take that trip to Greece that has been on my bucket list for 20 years!
