I love being in my 40’s and the confidence that came with this age. My nickname is Sunshine and I believe that’s exactly what I do.

I love feeling wiser, more secure and very committed to me! I think the confidence that came from reaching this amazing milestone just sets this decade part from all the others. When I was younger I felt guilty for putting time and effort into myself. I no longer feel anything other than a desire to celebrate. Celebrate life, being me and that I get another day to make the sunshine.
How do you stay fabulous?I mediate, say daily affirmations, go to the gym and try to eat healthy. I don’t count calories but I do stack my meals with protein. I count my blessing before going to bed and try really hard to keep each day peaceful and fun. I have an extremely positive energy and just try really hard to share that with as many as I can thru out the day.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would travel with my best friend. I am so lucky to have had her in my life for the last 29 years. We were each other’s bridesmaids and watched eachothers babies be born but we have never traveled together. I have learned so much from her and I would love nothing more than to whisk the both of us away to celebrate us.
