I love the confidence and self-awareness that come with being over 40. On my case 55. There’s less pressure to conform and more freedom to embrace who I truly am. I’ve learned to prioritize what matters, like genuine family, health and make genuine connections and personal growth, and I’ve let go of the need for perfection. I have deep appreciation for life’s little moments and a sense of balance that feels empowering. It’s like finally settling into my own skin.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous over 40 is all about balance. I focus on eating nutritious, whole foods, staying active with regular exercise, and prioritizing a positive mindset. It’s about feeling strong, energized, and confident, no matter what life throws my way. Self-care, both mentally and physically, is key to keeping fabulous. I don’t concern myself with imperfections like I used to when younger.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I win $40,000, I’d invest in experiences that bring joy—traveling to new destinations, exploring different cultures, and making unforgettable memories. I’d take a dream vacation, maybe to Europe or a tropical paradise, and indulge in activities that let me fully soak in the moment. I’d also use part of it to create lasting memories with loved ones, exploring places we’ve always wanted to visit together. Life’s too short not to enjoy the ride!
