I love the gifts that come through experiences, mistakes and come-backs that only age can provide. Feeling fabulous takes time! There is a freedom in giving up the weight of other people's opinions and living my life unapologetically. As I age, I feel more convicted to live each day to the fullest! I feel more beautiful, confident and empowered than I ever have before. Being imperfect, fabulously flawed with lots of wisdom to share with others makes me so grateful. This is my glow up!
How do you stay fabulous?I eat well, but I also don't obsess about the scale. I embrace my curves and work them. I take good care of my skin. I enjoy fashion, getting my hair and nails done. I have a "stay fabulous" from the inside-out approach. I practice my faith and connect with other women to be real with. Emotional regulation, the spiritual acts of acceptance and forgiveness are key components! I laugh and love abundantly. And, I don't ever leave the house without my sunglasses and red lipstick!
What would you do with the $40,000?First, I would pay some bills. It’s tough from trying to make it as a widow/single mom of two college age kids in LA. More, importantly, I would invest in continued education, build my Life Coaching business so I can take on more clients and write more. I want to help as many people as I can. Helping other women get free and learn to live unapologetically is so exciting! The reward of watching transformed lives is my life's work! I want to do more of it and funding would help tremendously!
