I am a professional dancer turned attorney, who still travels to NYC at least four times a year to take dance classes at Steps and Luigi's.

Though I've always been one with an uneasy relationship with the idea of death, and, so, worry sometimes about aging, I love this stage of my life because my son is in college, so the super hands-on parenting days are past and instead I can enjoy the person he is becoming. I make decent money so am not always stressed about money. And I've been married for almost 30 years and we still enjoy each other's company. Things are good.
How do you stay fabulous?I work out, on the physical front-it helps with body image issues. But I also read voraciously, mostly fiction, as I think that by reading fiction I am a more empathetic person. I am curious and always want to learn - if I didn't have to work I'd get a triple degree in art, history, and religion. I go to NY and dance when I can-I am the most myself when I am dancing, and sometimes feel an absolute pure happiness in class.
What would you do with the $40,000?Spend it on family! My parents are getting older, and I want them to always be able to do what they love. For my dad, that's fish, and ski, and ride his motorcycle. For my mom, it's travelling, especially to Assisi in the summer. My husband discovered a love of sailing, so I would give him some to use on one of his bucket-list boat experiences. My son is finishing college, so having a bit extra to help him get settled would be nice. I'd save some for an amazing European river cruise.
