I am celebrating life over 40 with the wisdom that I have gained through life experiences. Life is about self discovery and personal growth. We get to know ourselves better with age, therefore many things get better. For example , sex, because we get to know our bodies better. With a healthy diet and. exercise I feel and look better than I did when I was 20. I also trust myself more and I love being able to speak my truth. I’m currently looking forward to starting a podcast.
How do you stay fabulous?I try to stay in good shape physically and mentally with a balanced diet and lots of exercise, along with surrounding myself with genuine and authentic people. Being curious, I enjoy constant learning. In my down time I enjoy volunteering. I’m a big advocate for children and animals.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off a few bills with 40,000, invest, take a much needed vacation and definitely try to give back to a cause close to my heart- helping underprivileged children.
