I love the confident, loving, fun and pure hearted individual that I’ve become. Being able to inspire other ladies of all ages and empowering others! At 47 years old I’ve learned my worth, boundaries and self respect. That life is too short and to make the most of it while we are physically and mentally capable to do so.
How do you stay fabulous?Definitely having friends and family that is positive and supports you. Running allows me to mediate while weight lifting allows me to challenge myselff. Nutrition is definitely key and has helped me to refuel appropriately. I am still working on my relationship with food and finding the right balance. Most importantly recognizing and knowing where all of my strength comes from - My Heavenly Father!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would definitely take my children, my grandchildren and my parents on a vacation maybe a cruise or a Disney world vacation and if there’s any left over I’d love to buy me a truck.
