I finally know who I am and what's important to me. I no longer follow societal pressures to be who society thinks I should be. Fabulous at 40 means I'm unafraid to stand in my power and ask for what I need.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fit by incorporating strength training and walking. Eating a lot of protein and a balanced diet. Drinking lots of water, taking vitamins, sleeping 8 hours. Honoring my body when it needs rest. Limiting the relationships in my life to only happy and healthy relationships. Getting routine facials. Most importantly, evolving spiritually to be the best version of myself.
What would you do with the $40,000?Payoff my school loan debt from obtaining my PhD.
