Wisdom and grace. Prior to 40, every experience (good or bad) was a learning curve. Teaching me lessons, understanding boundaries, learning who I truly am and doing so with wisdom and grace. Sure, being over 40 shows my chronological age but what really matters is my biological age. HOW I age. Being healthy, balanced, strong, graceful, and wise comes with the years of experiences, lessons, trials, and traumas. Being over 40 means I wear my scars and bandages with grace and honor.
How do you stay fabulous?Being fabulous over 40 doesn't come with ease. Genetics sure do help but the other 80% comes from what I do about it. Heavy weightlifting, barre, Pilates, cardio, avoiding unhealthy foods, skincare, positive mindset, boundaries, and taking the correct nutraceuticals to enhance my strengths and support my weaknesses. Putting in 100%, EVERY day with consistency and determination!
What would you do with the $40,000?I will launch a Nutraceutical company for my daughters. Continue my legacy with the next generation of leaders who will also be FAB OVER 40 one day! They have been willing to sacrifice so I can build a legacy, so as a mother, my ultimate goal is to ensure they also have a platform to build from. I am so proud of them and blessed to call myself their mom. xoxo
