Receive Text UpdatesFor the first time in my life, I started to accept the things that I didn’t like about myself. I have curves that I now love. I am proud to be physically and emotionally strong. I am driven and determined. I have opinions and my voice is a powerful tool. All the things that I was conditioned to believe didn’t make me the perfect woman I now embrace. I choose to be the best version of myself and am no longer consumed with being who others think I should be. It is a very liberating feeling!
How do you stay fabulous?I accept that I am a continual work in progress. I work hard, I play hard, I love hard, I pray hard, and I give myself grace when needed. I believe that my purpose is to serve others and I do that as often as possible. I am selfless and I never forget my roots because who I am is shaped by them.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40,000, I would use that money to start a private practice in the rural area I was born and raised in. My professional plan has always included coming home to care for the community closest to my heart. This year, I moved back to my home town and I would love to be able to serve the mental health and substance use disorder needs of those in my community.
