I love the mindset and shift in thought processes that come along with aging. My life experiences have shaped who I am and where I am in my life. Things that seemed important to me in my 20s and 30s are completely different in my 40s.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous through working with others, by sharing my experience, strength and hope. I spend my time with genuine friends, family, my dogs, gardening, and doing self-care routines.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would get my plan in motion for opening my own therapy practice, retreat center, and continue to help others out of the dark places life can take us.
