I love the way I look and feel. I feel better than I did 20 years ago. Age really is just a number! Positive attitude, clean eating, exercise, healthy habits and faith can change your outlook and life. Too often people focus on the negatives: the pain; what they don’t have; or even what they don’t like about themselves. Confidence and positive energy makes people shine. When we glow it shows. I’m no longer in my 20s trying to be someone other than me!
How do you stay fabulous?I play a lot of tennis, walk my dog and spend time with my family. I also love spending time with my friends. My cheeks hurt from laughing with them. But when we go listen to a band and get on the dance floor, the music hits differently. I don’t care if I have no rhythm. Dancing makes me happy. When I’m happy I smile. How can you not feel fabulous when you’re smiling?
What would you do with the $40,000?I probably should say something practical but I don’t want to be too predictable. I would give each of my kids $5000. For them, that’s a lot of money and I would want them to do something nice for themselves. My only stipulation would be that they have to give $100 to someone who they feel has had a positive impact on their lives. Then, I would throw a Fabulous Party, with the remaining money. I would invite family and friends to help me celebrate. Being fabulous is contagious. Let’s party.
