I live life by the beach with my husband and little dog. I teach yoga and fitness classes in the park by the beach, just a 3 min bike ride!

Knowing myself, my limitations and my likes and dislikes. Not afraid to have faults or afraid to admit them. Embracing all the beauty that life has to give us without feeling the need to control it as much. I can honestly say that I'm all natural from head to toe including my hair. No botox or fillers or implants anywhere on my body. Not that I judge anyone who does, it's just not me.
How do you stay fabulous?Getting out in nature as much as possible! Whether it's Hiking, biking, yoga or just lying on my patio or by the beach. Being outdoors, not only connects you to nature and brings you more present but is fresh air and sunshine (at least mostly)! I also drink lots and lots of water (along with enjoying plenty of wine). In the end, it's true, exercise and eating fresh food is what keeps you healthy and vibrant...that and yoga to keep my mind healthy.
What would you do with the $40,000?Stop worrying about spending as much and go on all of the trips that I dream of! Treat myself and my husband and a friend to dinner, which I haven't done since dining out got so expensive. Very little, if any would go to material things but experiences. But I would buy a new bike...I think mine that I ride often is older than me, ha!
