I love my 40’s because I am finally finding myself. I have the advantage of being experienced in life while still having a healthy body. I’m still learning and evolving every day.
How do you stay fabulous?I believe in taking care of the whole self! For me this looks like meditation, prayer, journaling, spending time in nature… plus nurturing relationships and nurturing myself with good food and lots of water. I make sure to make time for joy too! Life should be fun.
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d love to spend this prize money on a down payment towards my dream house!
