I love being over 40 because I no longer care about others opinions, and value my own thoughts and beliefs. Being able to show my children and now my new granddaughter how to love themselves and be happy is fabulous!
How do you stay fabulous?I practice meditation and yoga as often as I can. I constantly take time for myself away from the rigors of everyday life. Physically and mentally I am stronger than I have ever been! Being able to set boundaries, which I've never done in the past, is so freeing.
What would you do with the $40,000?I think this is where I'm supposed to say give it away LOL! But truly since I lost my husband both of my daughters, and my son-in-law and granddaughter now have moved in to help keep me company and I would love to take them all on a vacation!
