I think being over 40 you really learn how to embrace your beauty and all your curves. I have learned to love me. I love that I don't answer to anyone. I'm amazed everyday that I talk to my children that they were once just little babies that grew into amazing humans. I love my life. I have an amazing family, love my children and my wife of 21 years. I strive every day to do better then the day before. I also still love learning new things. Always keep your mind sharp. Over 40 is the new 20!!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by exfoliating my face nightly, every other day facial and of course moisturizing the most important part besides sunscreen. I was wash my face twice a day. I do an ice wash for my face because it's so good for ur skin. I make sure I take time for my self and remember to center my self and meditate. Lastly I love this new diet the Carnivore diet, it's great. I'm now back at the gym. It feels great. I WANT TO BE THE 1ST PLUS SIZE FAB OVER 40!!!! ❤️I wish every one good luck.
