40 is definitely the new 30!! I feel better now than I did in my 20s actually. Healthy diet and regular exercise are key.

I love that I don't feel the way I thought I would by now. I had unrealistic expectations of what turning 40 would be like. I thought I would be worn out and tired and no longer have the energy to do all the things I'm actually doing. I feel fantastic!
How do you stay fabulous?I work really hard to stay fit and healthy. I go to the gym, I eat right, and I make sure to still enjoy life outside of my job and responsibilities.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest in starting a personal training and nutritionist business geared towards helping women achieve their goals and feeling confident with working out and staying healthy.
