Throughout my life I’ve learned from mistakes and failures and very difficult times in life. l would say being my age that I am stronger, more confident and I am the person I am today because of it I wouldn’t change anything.
How do you stay fabulous?I workout and do CrossFit three times a week, and try to aim for 7-10 thousand steps daily and on weekends I enjoy some yoga. I’m learning to eat more protein for my body. But most importantly I stay positive and kind to myself. Mental health is very important to keep you motivated and happy.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would like to get a certificate or training, to help teach at a gym of some kind, or yoga studio. Would love to teach others to move and love their body no matter what age you are!
