What I love most about being over 40 is the sense of clarity and confidence l've gained. At this stage, I embrace who l am fully, with all the lessons I've learned along the way. As a single mother at 20, I had to grow up fast, and now at 46, l value the strength, resilience, and wisdom that came with those experiences. I've also grown in my career in the male-dominated aviation industry, and I love how I continue to challenge myself physically and mentally.
How do you stay fabulous?1. Prioritize self-care: Keep up with skincare routines, stay hydrated, and invest in treatments that keep your skin glowing and youthful. 2. Stay active: Exercise regularly. This not only keeps your body in shape but also supports mental clarity. 3. Embrace a healthy diet 4. Mindset matters: Cultivate a positive attitude and confidence. What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40,000, l'd first pay off my small amount of debt to feel financially free. Then, I'd treat myself and my girlfriends to a fabulous vacation-something we've always talked about but never had the chance to do. Buy that Dior bag I’ve always wanted 🥰 The rest, l'd save for the future, ensuring I stay prepared for whatever life brings next. It's about balancing fun with responsibility
