At 60 I learned the importance of taking care of me mentally spiritually & physically. For years my focus was being the best wife & mom.

At 60 the sky is the limit and that’s not just a clique. I’ve been afraid to do so many things and now I’m not afraid and even if I do get a little nervous it’s ok; I’m going afraid trusting my instincts. I use to be afraid of making mistakes in front of people but now my motto is Trial and Error Just Go! No matter what I’ll just keep trying until I perfect it. Life is hard but not trying is no longer an option for me. I’m leaping out of my comfort zone and into my purpose. I GOT THIS‼️
How do you stay fabulous?Every morning I start with devotion and prayer. I block out the noise and sit in silence and the inner peace that comes is so calming and keeps me grounded and focused. I’m also more intentional about what I eat because I now have to work on my diet and body. I’m so excited to see what’s to come in my next chapter.
What would you do with the $40,000?My husband and I bought a home over 30 years ago and there is so much work that needs to be done. Our focus was on kids and college and now that our kids are grown and gone it’s time to do something for us and our home is one of our greatest accomplishments. We are now focusing on making our home a true dream home. It will be our peaceful paradise. Because Peace is a requirement and nothing is going to disturb MY PEACE; especially not in my home 🏠
