I am 55 years old. I stay very active biking, swimming , rowing and lifting. I have been a physical therapist for 27 years.

How do you stay fabulous?I exercise every day including core work. Swimming is a wonderful full body exercise. Resistance training is good for placing healthy stress on bones. I am careful about what I eat and I stay hydrated. I also stay socially engaged in a supportive physical therapy community.
What would you do with the $40,000?Start my own physical therapy business. I like working with birth to geriatric. I am able to address orthopedic issues, developmental and neurological issues. I enjoy figuring out what postures or habits have lead to the issue so a person can change this.
