Being in my last year of my 40's, I have really loved the growth in my confidence that I have gained on rediscovering who I am and what I like to do. From being a single mom for the last 20 years with my main focus completely on raising three little boys and not having much time for myself, to now having adult children and a lot more free time to focus on me. I’m loving all the new adventures my 40’s are bringing me while I rediscovering love , hobbies, goals, friends and health.
How do you stay fabulous?I love working out not only physically but mentally it keeps me feeling fabulous. From working out at the gym to taking long walks, as long as I am getting in some sort of exercise in most of the days. One of my favorite things to do is cooking up not only delicious recipes, but healthy recipes. Making up something that my family loves and that I know is super healthy for them is the best feeling ever. I also enjoy making my own skin care. Knowing what we put on our bodies is just as important.
What would you do with the $40,000?I was recently in a car accident so I would love to use the $40,000 towards a new car.
