I'm the best version me. Life has dealt some hard lesson, but I'm so much wiser for it. It has allowed me to advocate for my kids and others in a way I wouldn't otherwise have been able to. My journey has been like a crazy off-road adventure full of sharp turns, holes, flats, roadside assistance, steep inclines/declines, and let's not forget, "the oh-shit handle". My faith is the strongest it's ever been and my push with more fervor. I love deeper and laugh more then any other time in my life.
How do you stay fabulous?By staying true to me. I'm not out to people please. Keep it honest - lying is stressful - and stress eats the years away. I live in the mountains and the slow life, nature and fresh air just do something for the soul. I travel, I love to learn and I read a lot. Knowledge keeps the mind fresh and alert. I try to take care of myself and laugh a lot. Spend as much time as I can with family - I wouldn't be fabulous without them - and do my best to be humble. I am always evolving.
What would you do with the $40,000?Put together a great big family vacation with the kids, parents, brother and his family. I feel like we all could use the break. Would like to by both my boys there first vehicles, invest in a spring football youth program, our town desperately needs it. Also, put some money aside for community crafts and events that I currently fund with my own money and time for the Public Housing property I manage. There are so many things I'd like to do for my tenants.
