No more excuses! I have found it liberating. I have developed a now or never attitude. I am finally loving myself and my life. I have made significant changes and the contributing factor is gaining confidence and knowing my worth.
How do you stay fabulous?I surround myself with the best humans! I exercise, I do things that nurture my soul and not only my body. As I age I have a deeper understanding that your mindset can literally change your life. I listen to my body. I take rest when I need to. I am consciously choosing my day to day and saying no to what doesn’t serve me or feel right. Learning to be true to ourselves is the greatest gift.
What would you do with the $40,000?I recently purchased a cottage (on my own!) and I would use this money to do the much needed Reno’s. This is a place I plan to gather with, with family and friends. My last place was destroyed in hurricane Fiona. It left a void with my friends as well. Looking to make more memories! I would also make a donation to Shelter Movers Nova Scotia where I volunteer as a mover and a truck driver moving individuals and families from violent and abusive homes.
