What would you do with the $40,000?$40,000 would give me the financial ability to start a hand pie food truck, specializing in locally sourced, locally, non-GMO ingredients. Think old school renaissance faire….sweet one one side, savory on the other, wrapped in a beautiful, portable, flaky crust!
