Bettering myself and knowing no limits to what I can accomplish. Raising two kind loving and ambitious little humans and taking pride in my work as a practice lead. I want to empower people to overcome the stigma related to sobriety and by sharing my story help others to get help and live a happier healthier life.
How do you stay fabulous?I prioritize time for my physical and mental health every single day with my walks. It’s my time to unwind. Listen to a podcast or novel and really get out in fresh air and unwind. I also prioritize my kids their school and their activities. We mountain bike together which is fabulous, camp around BC and travel to Mexico my happy place. I really try to focus on the good, be kind, work hard and try to be there for people whenever I possibly can.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would really like to save some and complete a renovation on my home. A big back deck where me and my boys can relax and enjoy our time together. I am a planner and like be prepared so usually some in the bank for a rainy day would be great for me and my family. Also I’d like to spoil my parents with something they wouldn’t do for themselves.
