Getting older is never easy, and either is reaching your goals; however, I have reached many of mine with determination and motivation.

People take me seriously! I am in a leadership role in my school as a principal, and I think being over 40 allows others to trust your instinct and decison-making due to more experiences under your belt. I also love looking back at my personal growth.
How do you stay fabulous?I am a middle school principal so I work hard, but I play hard too! I love being social with friends and family, but I put 100% into my job each and every day to ensure that we are providing the best education to our students! Being able to have that balance is important to stay healthy with mind and body. I am also a cancer survivor myself. In 2010, I was diagnosed with cervical cancer, but I am a survivor!
What would you do with the $40,000?I honestly would pay off debt that others have put me into (remember those experiences that we learn from in my answer above, haha) and continue to pay for the doctorate that I have finally begun as one of my lifetime goals.
