I love that being over 50 means redefining what life looks like—prioritizing things like strength training, surfing, journaling, and meditation. It's about transformation, embracing new challenges, and setting boundaries to live life authentically.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by embracing a balanced, empowering lifestyle. Strength training keeps me strong, while surfing connects me with nature. Journaling and meditation helps me stay grounded, and setting healthy boundaries allows me to focus on personal growth. As a coach, I inspire women going through menopause and major life changes to rediscover themselves. My commitment to wellness and living authentically keeps me thriving and fabulous every step of the way!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest in personal and professional growth. I would enhance my EmpowerHER coaching program to work with girls from 13 - 18 years old. I would love to finish up my container home project in Costa Rica and provide a sacred surfer's paradise dream with a gym and a pool.
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
