What I love about being over 40 is the Freedom of having a second chance to live out my dreams, now that my son has graduated college. It’s weird the empty nest syndrome, but awesome! It feels like my 20’s again, except I have learned the lessons and gained so much knowledge over the years, to realize what I want and what it takes to reach the goals I have placed for myself. The focus and energy, I have been placing on myself have allowed me to accomplish some my singer/songwriting goals🙏❤
How do you stay fabulous?Becoming and staying Fabulous over 40 is all about the Balance in my life, prioritizing self- care, mentally and physically! I have been somewhat selfish with my free time, knowing when I needed that night in to play some music, or just time to reflect. I also chose to surround myself with others that share goals and lift each other up, no Drama😁I also started really monitoring my health and nutritional habits, which I made great strides with over the last year of losing 30 pounds!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off my car, record my album, and continue to invest in my singing/songwriting goals, having all the necessary equipment. I would Absolutely relocate to Nashville immediately as well🩷😁
