Being over 40 brings a wealth of experience and self-awareness that is truly liberating. Relationships deepen, and friendships become more meaningful. Life seems to go a little slower and more relaxed. There’s also a confidence in decision-making, and the ability to prioritize what truly matters in life—family, health, and happiness.
How do you stay fabulous?To stay Fabulous after 40, I focus on a positiver mindset, stay active and eat a balanced diet. Red light therapy and at home devices for skin rejuvenation are also a great key to staying as youthful as possible.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest some for the future, do some traveling to places I would love to see and do some upgrades to my home.
