I know who I am and what I stand for! I am unapologetically authentic because I no longer fear judgement! At 53 I can say that I truly love the life I live and finding purpose in my journey. I have accomplished a lot but I know there’s so much more for me to look forward to. The road I am paving for my family, friends, and myself is one worth traveling in!
How do you stay fabulous?After menopause I went a few years were I couldn’t even recognize myself. Weight gain, fatigue, hormonal changes… you name it! Running my business kept me sedentary in an office desk for 12-14 hour a day. Getting my health back on track, adjusting my diet and prioritizing fitness gave me my life back and I found myself after years of feeling out of sorts.
What would you do with the $40,000?My family has hosted 6 exchange students. 2 from Italy, 2 from Germany, 1 from Norway and 1 from Spain. We love these kids with all our hearts. I would love to visit them in their homeland! Although I speak to them regularly, there’s so much physical distance between us. Planning a trip to visit all of them its something I dream of!
