What do you love about being over 40?

What I love about being over 40 is the freedom to embrace a new definition of beauty—one rooted in inner peace, self-awareness, and confidence rather than society’s standards. At this stage, I’ve learned that true beauty is found in mental well-being, self-love, and the strength of knowing who you are—being over 40 means valuing the wisdom gained from life’s experiences and appreciating the deeper qualities that make us shine.

How do you stay fabulous?

I stay fabulous by embracing what brings me joy, whether it’s getting lost in an enthralling book or laughing until my face hurts. I welcome the love the world offers unapologetically and believe in stepping into new experiences with an open mind and heart. For me, being fabulous means finding happiness in the simple things, cultivating self-love, and always being ready to try something new. It’s about living with passion, purpose, and joy.

What would you do with the $40,000?

With $40,000, I would turn self-care into an adventure! Exploring new places, I would soak up the beauty in every experience—meeting inspiring people, savoring different cultures, and collecting joyful moments. Self-care over 40 is about embracing wisdom, staying curious, and letting life’s beauty lift my spirit and brighten my soul. Here’s to living fabulously!
