Being over 40 has been an empowering chapter of my life especially after my body transformation and therapeutic healing. I feel more confident, not only in my physical appearance but also in my sense of self. My body transformation has been a testament to my strength and resilience. I reduced my risk of breast cancer by 50% not only am I taking care of my body but also symbolically breaking away from the fear tied to illness! Therapy has allowed me to shed emotional baggage and embrace self-love
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous is all about balance! I maintain my glow by eating healthy, nourishing foods that fuel my body, combined with a consistent workout routine that keeps me strong and energized. Lymphatic massages are a must—they help with detoxing, improving circulation and giving my body that extra boost of care. Of course, regular therapy sessions are the foundation of it all. They keep my mind clear, help me manage stress, and ensure I'm always aligned with my emotional well-being.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I were to win $40,000, first I would focus on helping those battling cancer both personally & assisting those who are currently struggling, through donations to various cancer societies with hopes to save as many people as humanly possible. The cycle of cancer, illness, general unwellness & emotional trauma creates a complex and deeply interconnected experience for individuals and their loved ones. In loving memory of my sister 🕊️ Tiff who lost her life to metastatic cancer.
